this new Building / Facility is very nice. So much better than the old Facility. I watched it being build from my Balcony. The Staff is friendly and always willing to help. They where really great and helped us out tremendously when our Garage needed work. We where able to Park there during out Construction which was very nice.

I cannot tell you enough how awesome this place is! Long story short, I had a huge event planned last month at a venue we had to cancel the NIGHT BEFORE due the my event being outside and horrible weather conditions. While frantically searching for a new venue….again the night before it was planned, we came across Shores Community Center! Ms. Kim worked with us into the late hours getting everything arranged the night before! Many thanks to you Kim! Also, our onsite contact of the Eddie was absolutely amazing!!! Very friendly, attentive and helping with any questions along the way! We has no idea what this place looked like inside however we were all pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and accommodating the venue and staff were! Thank you again!

Great place to park for free. We went during the week early in the morning and when were were leaving for lunch the parking lot was still empty. Safe and secure with plenty of spaces. The stairs to the beach are at the corner from A1A. If you need a ramp it's a short walk north between the last two tall buildings.

One block walk to beach, golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, Walgreens, Publix supermarket and liquor store, bank, etc. Charging is free. This site has been upgraded to a level 3 DCFC and charges a reasonable 35¢/kWh.
